Welcome to the Job Creation and Investment Climate (JCIC) Programme, a dynamic initiative dedicated to transforming Botswana's business environment. Our mission is to foster economic growth, sustainable development, and job creation through comprehensive policy, legal, regulatory, and institutional reforms. Partnering with the Government of Botswana and the European Union Delegation to Botswana and SADC, JCIC aims to make Botswana an attractive destination for both local and international investments.

- Digitisation of Botswana One Stop Services Center (BOSSC): Streamlining business processes to reduce inefficiencies and foster a conducive environment for investment and job creation.
- Handicraft Innovation and Design Project: Empowering local artisans by providing access to wider markets and blending tradition with innovation.
- Community-Based Natural Resource Management (CBNRM): Promoting sustainable use of natural resources while actively involving local communities in conservation efforts.
- National MICE Strategy: Enhancing the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector as a catalyst for economic growth and employment opportunities.
- Economic Intelligence Masterclass: Bolstering the capabilities of senior-level government officials and key economic stakeholders in informed decision-making
